  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are handed to the carrier.

  • We are not liable for delays, carrier errors, customs issues, or site access restrictions.

  • Customers are responsible for safe unloading, site preparation, and compliance with OSHA or other safety standards.

  • You assume full responsibility for site preparation, installation, and safe use of products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WSP Ground Mats, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  3. Third-party claims tied to your commercial projects, property damage, or regulatory compliance.

SECTION 10 – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Limited exceptions apply only for defective or damaged goods at delivery, subject to inspection and our Refund Policy  Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • In violation of OSHA, EPA, DOT, or other regulatory standards;
